Returns and Exchanges

 

Your satisfaction with Glima's products and customer service is of utmost importance to us!

 

We make every effort to meet your expectations from every product you order from us.

 

When you receive your order, if your expectations are not met, we offer you an easy, user-friendly way to submit a request for a Refund, or for a Replacement/Exchange.

 

We will accept a return/exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise needs to be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Refunds are issued for the amount paid for the products. Note: Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

The way the return process works is very simple:

 

  1. Send an email with the return request to info@glima.com by using the red highlighted link at the bottom of this text.

  2. Include in your email details about the items you wish to return and then wait for an email confirming the receipt of your Return/Exchange request and approving it. 3.

  3. Once your package arrives we will issue you a refund or send you the replacement product free of charge.
