We make every effort to meet your expectations from every product you order from us.
When you receive your order, if your expectations are not met, we offer you an easy, user-friendly way to submit a request for a Refund, or for a Replacement/Exchange.
We will accept a return/exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise needs to be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Refunds are issued for the amount paid for the products. Note: Shipping charges are not refundable.
The way the return process works is very simple:
At the bottom of this page you'll see a window with the title “Returns Manager”. Fill in the email address you used for placing the order. Fill in the order number from which you have a product to return or exchange. Click the "Submit" button.
Follow the simple steps for creating a return/exchange request.
Submit your Return/Exchange request by clicking the “Submit” button.
Wait for an email confirming the receipt of your Return/Exchange request and approving it. Then send the package back to: Glima, 11133 Vanowen Street, Unit A, North Hollywood, California 91605. For faster processing please write the order number outside the box.
Once your package arrives we will issue you a refund or send you the replacement product free of charge.
